Tigadoo is a family run business in Nicosia, selling natural and ecological toys, clothes and accessories for babies, toddlers and young children, and we are also an information centre for baby slings and real (washable) nappies.
The idea for Tigadoo came in 2008, while we were expecting our baby daughter, Andromachi (now our chief product tester). We were concerned about finding naturally sourced, safe and environmentally friendly toys and clothes for her. After several orders from abroad, we realised that there was a need for an outlet for these types of products here in Cyprus, as we were not the only ones with these concerns.
We have tried to make our shop as open and friendly as possible, and we believe that children should be able to try out the products before choosing what they want. We have organised a little play-table where the children can play, and try out the products while you enjoy a drink with us.
At Tigadoo we live what we sell! There is nothing in the shop that we do not, or would not use for our own child.
Most our products are made in Europe, while many are certified fair trade. All our toys conform to European EN71 safety standards
